In my first grade report card, a beloved teacher wrote the line “Eva is curious about her world and about her special place in this giant space called, ‘My world and welcome to it.’ She is creative, energetic, thoughtful and full of wonder.” I thought this was a lovely way to introduce my world.
In my dream a school of fish swim through air, tufts of grass grow up across a spotted chartreuse cave and there among the pink lily pads we float in our own little magic world.
